Job Descriptions:

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Register and enroll participants in all Think Lab programs and activities.

Plan and deliver English language and computer skills training using updated, relevant teaching materials.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and confidence.

Monitor participants' progress through weekly evaluations and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, class activities, and learning outcomes.

Manage Think Lab equipment and systems, ensuring proper use and reporting any issues.

Organize and document Think Lab events such as workshops and seminars.

Submit regular reports and updates to the line manager and project coordinator.

Ensure classroom discipline and promote respectful, student-centered learning.

Comply with NAC's ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

Language requirements, if any

Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English, both verbal and written, is a mandatory.

Qualifications Required

Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to teach both English language and computer skills effectively.

Work Experience

Minimum of two years of relevant experience in teaching English and/or computer skills or working in a similar educational or training role.

Priority will be given to local candidates.
