Job Descriptions:

The Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization through accurate financial reporting, budget management, tax management and data analysis. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful financial insights. The Finance Specialist works closely with internal teams to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain records, prepare reports, and support audits. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial principles and practices.

also will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, develop reports, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong command of data tools and techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial procedures.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow as needed.
  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple branches.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and improve financial controls.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Analyze financial data related to sales, revenue, costs, and inventory to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and profit maximization.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards on sales performance, customer purchasing patterns, and market demand for medical and laboratory products.
  • Monitor financial risks and anomalies in sales and expenses, flagging potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Analyze tax-related data to identify liabilities, deductions, and credits, prepare detailed tax reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, QuickBooks , Odoo or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial data analysis, tax management, or finance roles, preferably in healthcare, medical supplies, or laboratory sales industries.
  • Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced)
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo).
  • Experience with tax filing software and financial reporting systems.
  • Tax Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of local governmental tax regulations.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to support financial decision-making and tax compliance.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Meticulous in financial data validation, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance to avoid errors and penalties.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial and tax reports clearly.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative
  • Proactive in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing automation or improvements in data and tax workflows.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Knowledge of healthcare and laboratory industry regulations is an advantage, ensuring all financial and tax practices align with legal requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tax laws and business needs.
  • English Language Proficiency
