The duty station of the provincial supervisor is for which province he is hired, but will have frequent trips to the respective districts. The provincial supervisor is responsible for directing the activities and business opportunities within a defined province. This includes the design and implementation of business plans intended to increase revenue based on strategic business analysis and achieving and exceeding revenue goals across the assigned geography. The successful provincial supervisor will understand and leverage the roles and responsibilities of the cross-functional team to drive strategic imperatives, including Marketing, Market Access, and Commercial Operations.
The Provincial Supervisor is also responsible for providing effective leadership and supervision of daily activities within the provincial and district branches to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. He is also responsible for:
1. Efficiently utilizing resources such as equipment, vehicles, and human resources to implement economic plans.
2. Facilitating administrative affairs within the province and maintaining open communication with relevant departments and the head office.
3. Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating department reports to promptly submit final reports to the head office.
4. Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance employee productivity within the provincial and district offices.
5. Managing company assets effectively to maintain a productive work environment.
6. Handling salary calculations for employees and coordinating with the head office for timely payment.
7. Ensuring transparent and timely monetary transactions while providing accurate reports to the head office.
8. Coordinating various departments such as logistics, administration, and IT to align with company plans.
9. Developing strategies for business and operational improvements.
10. Assessing and minimizing risks while monitoring potential challenges.
11. Participating in meetings and sharing outcomes with the head office.
12. Developing and finalizing business and operational development plans to enhance service quality.
13. Submitting regular reports to the head office on activities and achievements.
14. Performing any other duties as assigned in accordance with program goals and regulations.
