• Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
• Manage payments, receipts, and financial documents
• Organize, archive, and file financial and administrative records
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor its implementation
• Follow up on HR-related tasks (attendance, absences, payroll, and leave tracking)
• Draft official correspondence and organize internal meetings
• Coordinate office affairs and logistical services
• Perform other relevant duties as required by the organization
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in national languages and English
• At least 3 years of work experience in finance and administration
• Skilled in using accounting software (such as QuickBooks and Excel)
• Familiarity with accounting principles, tax return filing, financial policies, and Afghanistan’s tax laws
• Ability to prepare accurate financial and administrative reports
• Strong teamwork, time management, and effective communication skills
• Honesty, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
