Bright Way Health and Social Service Organization (BWHSSO) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization established with the aim of promoting public welfare, improving access to quality healthcare services, and enhancing social capacities. The Tailoring Trainer will play a key role in delivering vocational skills training for trainees. The primary focus will be to conduct practical tailoring sessions, support skill development, and ensure training aligns with the organization’s empowerment goals and quality standards.
Duties& Responsibilities:
1. Teach sewing skills, including pattern making, fabric cutting, initial stitching, final stitching, and ironing techniques.
2. Develop a systematic lesson plan for theoretical and practical classes.
3. Train students on various types of sewing machines and tools.
4. Supervise students' work and provide constructive feedback.
5. Encourage creativity and refinement in tailoring projects.
6. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and organization in the training area.
7. Submit progress reports to the relevant department.

- Previous experience in tailoring and conducting training sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
