Western ISP & ICT Solutions Services Company began its business operation as a hardware and network solutions providing company in January 2016, and the company has developed the team for running ISP business during the year of 2017 and collaborated with leading ISP and GSM companies in Afghanistan. The Company invested in ISP section and in a short period of time it has built its infrastructure to operate as an independent ISP company and acquired its ISP license from Ministry of Communication and information technology – ATRA (Afghanistan Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in May 2022. Western is focusing exclusively in high quality and cost-effective internet services  across Afghanistan. We are advancing on a tremendous pace and with involvement of skilled and experienced people working in the organization. Western is aimed to provide solutions and ISP services for all sectors and sections in Afghanistan.

:هدف اصلی وظیفه

نصب و راه اندازی، تشخیص نواقص در شبکه و حل مشکلات فنی به وجود آمده به صورت تلفنی و یا حضوری در اسرع وقت می‌باشد

:شرح وظیفه

نصب لینک های انترنتی و ارائه خدمات مشاوره شبکه ای برای مشتریان - مشترکین و همکاری با آنها برای تشخیص مشکل و حل آن.

توانایی نصب لینکهای  
PtP,PtMP, Backbone (Airfiber, Microwave…)

نصب دیوایس ها بالای دکل های مخابراتی

توانایی نصب و پیکر بندی دیوایس های شبکه (روتر ، سویچ ، رک.....)

توانایی ارزیابی وسایل تخنیکی دفتر برای عیب یابی، رفع عیب و نصب آن در شبکه

ثبت، نگهداری فورم های حل مشکل مشتریان و شریک ساختن زمانبندی حل مشکل به مشتری و شرکت

نصب لینک ها و وصل وسایل تخنیکی مطابق به جدول مربوطه با پلان قبلی در اسرع وقت

تجزیه و تحلیل مشکل در لینک یا وسایل تخنیکی ، جهت تصمیم گیری برای حل اساسی مشکل در اسرع وقت

تسلیم دهی فایل‌های آموزشی برای راهنمایی مشتریان - مشترکین جهت استفاده بهتر از شبکه

حضور در محل مشتری برای ارزیابی دستگاه تخنیکی در اسرع وقت جهت تشخیص و تثبیت مشکل و حل آن

حفظ و مراقبت و پشتیبانی کامل از لینک های نصب شده

بازدید، تفتیش و بررسی از وسایل شرکت در محل های وصل شده و لینگ­های مشتریان برای جلوگیری از مشکلات آینده و ارایه پیشنهاد برای بهترشدن شبکه

:تحصیلات

فارغ از رشته کامپیوتر ساینس

CCNA, CCNP

MTCNA, MTCWE, MTCRE

آشنایی کافی با برق AC/DC

آشنایی کامل با تجهیزات (Mikrotik, Ubnt, Ubquiti, Mimosa, Microwave)

حد اقل دارای ۲ سال تجربه کاری
