We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and maintaining web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, including Django, React.js, TailwindCSS, and RESTful APIs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end systems using Django, React, Nextjs and Tailwind CSS.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.
• Build reusable, efficient, and scalable code for web applications.
• Work with design teams to create user-friendly, responsive interfaces.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility for a consistent user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, test, and deploy web applications using Docker containers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Django, DRF (Django Rest Framework), React and Nextjs.
• Expertise in TailwindCSS for building responsive and modern UIs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to work with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience in Microservices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest or PyTest.
