Wakman Group is actively involved in education and training across Afghanistan. The company provides high-quality English language instruction, professional interpretation training, and skill development programs. Through remote and in-person courses, Wakman Group supports learners, professionals, and organizations by offering tailored training in languages, communication, and workplace readiness.    

We are hiring 10 qualified candidates for remote positions as either Senior English Instructors or Interpreters (Pashto/Dari). Selected candidates will work from home and be assigned to either teaching or interpretation roles based on their background and experience.

Priority will be given to applicants with teaching experience at well-known English centers such as Muslim English Language Center or Kabul English Language Center.

The position starts ASAP.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach English online to students using Zoom or other platforms.

• Prepare lessons and help students improve grammar, speaking, and writing.

• Interpret between English and Pashto/Dari during online meetings or calls.

• Support in translating documents when needed.

• Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication.

• Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari.
• At least 3 years of experience in English teaching or interpreting.
• Familiar with online teaching or virtual interpreting tools.
• Strong internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
• Prior work in English centers like Muslim or Kabul English Center is a strong advantage
