We are looking for motivated individuals who can joins or growing team and handle customer, bookings, queries, and driver coordination in a fast -  pace environment.

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our dynamic call centre team. You will play a key role in handling customer bookings, managing driver coordination, and providing outstanding support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

►Answering and managing incoming customer calls

►Booking jobs and coordinating with drivers

►Managing queries via phone and email

►Working according to UK time zone shifts

►Maintaining high-quality service and response standards

►Collaborating with the UK-based operations team

►Minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication or related field

►English language certification (IELTS, Pearson, or equivalent)

►Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

►Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email

►Ability to work under pressure with a professional and reliable attitude
