HHOA (Help Humanity Organization of Afghanistan) is a non-governmental, Non- for profit Organization. HHOA’s vision is to provide opportunity for all to achieve fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life with pride and dignity. Afghanistan has made significant progress in Education sector, as per officially confirmed statistics from the Ministry of Education, today there are over 9 million students of whom %39 are girls participating in formal education – including Public and private schools, Community Based Education (CBE) in Afghanistan.

However, there are still millions out of school children face many challenges in having access to quality education and learning opportunities. Girls in particular are more on the receiving end of these challenges with limited or no  access  to  education  in  parts  of  the  country.

HHOA works at gross root level and has expertise in delivering programs such as education, vocational skills training, child protection, gender based violence, WASH in schools and communities, healthy communities, greening Afghanistan and alternative livelihoods over the years. 

• provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment including computers, printers, and servers.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, backups, and software updates.
• Ensure data security, perform regular system maintenance, and monitor system performance.
• Design digital and print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, infographics, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing/communications team to produce engaging content.
• Edit photos and videos as needed for promotional use.
• Manage and organize digital assets, templates, and project files.
• Update website and social media visuals as needed
• Develop, write and edit marketing and communications materials, including press releases, blog posts and social media content
• Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels
• Track analytics and create reports detailing successes and failures of communications campaigns
• Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards
• Maintain digital media archives including photos and videos
• Work with communications team members to conceptualize and implement communications strategies and campaigns
• Respond to media inquiries and perform media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications
• Develop escalation protocols for managing communication crises, should they arise
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field, or any other professional certificate.
• 4 years of Proven experience in both IT support and graphic design.
• Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skill in Dari, Pashto and English,and interpersonal skills.
