As the Design Manager and Media Lead, this role will oversee the creative direction of our brand across all platforms. Leading a talented team of designers, the Design Manager and Media Lead will collaborate with marketing to develop innovative media strategies that align with our vision and goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, ensuring high-quality outputs across all media
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
• Plan, create, and execute multimedia content for social media, campaigns, and product launches
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align visual strategy with brand messaging
• Manage media production from concept to final output (photo, video, print, and digital)
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or multimedia, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design and media projects
• Excellent communication, time management, and project coordination skills
• Professional knowledge of product packaging design.
