Afg-Chin Oil and Gas Limited is a company that collaborates with the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan. They are involved in oilfield exploration, development, production, and surface engineering construction in northern Afghanistan. The company operates under an Exploration and Production Sharing Contract (EPSC) signed in January 2023.
1. Cooperate with other departments to formulate work goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for different positions, and evaluate the feasibility of the goals and indicators.
2. Optimize the performance appraisal plan to reasonably and truly reflect the quality, quantity, work attitude, learning ability and development potential, teamwork, compliance with laws and regulations, and compliance of behavior, responsibility, management ability, etc. of employees.
3. Complete the organization and implementation of semi-annual and annual performance appraisals, summarize and analyze the appraisal results, and provide a basis for salary adjustments, promotions, training and other human resources decisions.
4. Organize and archive performance appraisal data, and conduct investigations and interviews for objections to the appraisal results.
5. Other tasks assigned by the superiors.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR work, at least 2 years of work experience in the performance appraisal.

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Proficiency in local languages is required for managing interactions within the local operational context.
