In line with corporate objectives of the local company, align and Implement all aspects of sales and marketing activities, such as brand management, positioning, pricing, communications, & marketing promotion. - Drive the HR initiatives of recruiting, motivating, evaluating performance, training, and retaining high-performing individuals.
The key responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives and market share goals within the country.
Sales Management: Overseeing sales operations, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing support to the sales team to maximize revenue.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all operations comply with local regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceuticals, including drug approvals and marketing practices.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Budget Management: Managing the country’s budget, including forecasting revenues and expenses and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborating with various departments, Internal and External (such as marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure alignment with corporate strategies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, government bodies, and industry associations.
Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the local team, fostering a productive and high-performance work culture.
Product Launches: Overseeing the introduction of new products into the market, including marketing strategies and sales training.
Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular updates and reports to senior management (Directors) regarding market performance, strategic initiatives, and potential risks.
