Job Description

As a Sales and Marketing Manager at SmartPay, you will be at the forefront of driving and executing our sales and marketing strategies. Serving as a thought leader with a keen understanding of industry trends, you will play a crucial role in shaping our market image.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
  • Plan, develop, and evaluate advertising and promotion programs to achieve marketing and visitor objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, traders, and customers to enhance the company's market image.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing team, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Set and manage marketing team KPIs to drive team activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective business-building approaches.
  • Evaluate and oversee the daily activities and performance of the team.
  • Provide training on sales techniques and offer guidance to the marketing team.
  • Address and manage the performance of underperforming team members.
  • Determine and achieve organizational sales goals.
  • Oversee the management of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms.
  • Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
  • Respond to queries and customer reviews promptly.
  • Complete other assigned tasks as directed by senior management.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and networking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
  • Experience in training and capacity building/development of staff is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto languages.
