Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Committed Sensitive Logistics and Services (CSTLS), you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the company’s products across designated markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. You will actively engage in market research, provide product demonstrations, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, a goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will also collaborate closely with the marketing and logistics teams to support business development initiatives and enhance the company’s market presence

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Actively promote and sell CSTLS products to customers, ensuring product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to increase product reach and boost sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored product recommendations.
  •  Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through effective sales techniques and market strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Manage customer orders, ensure accurate delivery, and follow up on transactions to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to help improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, discounts, and new product launches.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients while maintaining the company’s profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to visit existing and potential clients within assigned territories.
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to align sales strategies and ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and sales techniques to enhance performance and contribute to business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the logistics, transportation, or technology sectors.
  • Languages Skills: Proficiency in Dari and Pashto (written and spoken) is required
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
