Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO) is registered with the Ministry of Economy of Afghanistan. The organization was informally established in 2012 and officially registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013. ASLO was awarded registration number 2852 by the NGOs Department of the Ministry of Economy, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Scope of work:
The bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements. They ensure all financial data is accurately entered into QuickBooks, generating reports and summaries as needed. The role involves categorizing expenses, tracking payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The bookkeeper also assists in the preparation of financial statements and supports audits. Additionally, they ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and receipts in QuickBooks for efficient financial management.
