Job Description
About the Role:
Account Associate is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with assigned business accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. The primary focus will be to build connections and facilitate partnerships to support the organization's goals and initiatives.
This role involves proactive communication, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects, including engaging with product development, optimizing organizational pipelines, creating and reviewing standard documents for B2B and B2C initiatives, and establishing valuable B2B partnerships for Aseel's impactful initiatives.
What You’ll Achieve:
- Identifying and establishing partnerships with new organizations, including Civil Rights Societies (CRS), International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
- Engage with the development of “selling” Aseel's products (Aseel Payment, Buy and Do Good Operations).
- Reviewing and creating the standard documents to support B2B work.
- Identifying organizations and key members and adding them to existing organizations funnels, including setting targets and monitoring the progress of targets.
- Initiating contact with various organizations and their members through different tools.
- Establishing B2B partnerships for Aseel Do Good and Buy Good.
- Research funding opportunities, grants, and RFPs, and share them with the team.
- Regularly engage with clients through various communication channels, such as emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Develop a deep understanding of each assigned business account's needs, goals, and pain points.
- Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address clients' challenges and objectives.
- Maintain a thorough record of interactions, agreements, and funnel.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, training, and relevant industry events to enhance professional growth.
- Contribute to the development of the account management strategy and initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries or problems.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services that align with the B2B client's needs.
- Collaborate with the B2G and other teams to support the expansion of existing accounts.
- Provide insights and suggestions for product/service enhancements based on client feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Keep the Account manager and relevant team leads informed about account status, opportunities, and challenges.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and industry expertise through training and self-learning.
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and presentations to showcase the organization's work and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Track outreach efforts, partnership development activities, and outcomes.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership development status, including key metrics and achievements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven two years’ experience in business development, account management, or partnership building, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Extremely consistent and reliable to the team and the business units.
- Flexible, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and growing environment.
