Submission Guidelines:

  • achelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.
  • Excellent Dari, Pashto, and Basic English language skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of computer office applications and email.
  • Strong educational, livelihoods, business development, and marketing skills.
  • Ability to regularly travel to the project sites to do fieldwork.
  • Should be familiar with the area’s culture, traditions, and sensitivities.
  • Experience in working with and coordinating with NGOs and other stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, intercultural, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to improving others’ good governance opportunities, and engaging with rural communities and marginalized urban households.
  • Able to provide clear and brief written reports
