8. Application Procedure

Interested individuals and eligible companies may submit their applications quoting the Job tile and the Vacancy Announcement Number (AMC | HRD-897) in the subject line to email.

Individual applicants should submit:

• Updated CV.
• Application letter.
• Copies of educational certificates and relevant professional certifications.
• Evidence of relevant work experience.
• A brief technical approach to managing hospital IT services.
• Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto (spoken and written).

Companies / service providers should submit:

• Company profile and valid registration documents.
• Technical proposal and service delivery methodology.
• Relevant contracts, references, or evidence of previous assignments.
• CVs and qualifications of the proposed IT Manager and key technical personnel.
• Proposed service-level arrangements and support coverage.
• Detailed financial proposal.

Applications that do not include the required documents by November 30, 2026 or fail to mention the Vacancy Announcement Number and Job Title in the subject line will not be considered.
