Full ACCA membership (mandatory)
Eligibility to meet Afghan legal and regulatory requirements for certification
Strong technical knowledge of:
International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
IFRS / IFRS for SMEs
Proven experience in audit and assurance engagements
NGO, donor-funded or commercial audits preferred
Ability to review and sign off audit and assurance reports where required
Strong understanding of professional ethics, quality control, and compliance
Demonstrated leadership capability, including staff supervision and mentoring
High level of professional integrity, judgment and attention to detail
