    •    Procurement platforms used (especially SAM.gov)
    •    Number of international/donor proposals written or supported
    •    Experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain projects
    3.    Writing Sample – A redacted proposal section, executive summary, or compliance matrix (if available)
