This position is one of the most important positions of Al-Falah Alami Company in exploration sector, which has executive responsibilities and implementation of exploration plan.

In charge of this position has the main duties of exploration as practical form in the field, and  branches .

are responsible for conducting exploration activities in accordance with the prepared plan of the company in the field and are responsible for ensuring better implementation of exploration affairs from subalterns (field geologists), control of field works and real documents, supervision of exploration affairs according to the plan, leadership of subalterns and management of the designated affairs according to perform duties.

Duties:

1. prepare of monthly, quarterly and annual work plan in accordance with the general plan of the company in order to achieve the specified goals of the Organization.
2. Providing cooperation in professional issues with the leadership of the company.
3. Cooperation in the preparation and implementation of exploration plans with the leadership of the company.
4. Cooperation in the evaluation of documents and suggestions of contracting companies in the exploration sector.
5. Cooperation in analysing and evaluating of exploration documents and providing useful advice in better exploration affairs.
6. Effective and timely supervision and control in the implementation of all exploration, exploration and evaluation of the field in the centre and field (such as mapping, sampling, mountainous excavations, and other professional affairs related to the exploration which is in company’s contract.
7. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies by conducting regular safety inspections, promoting a safety culture, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
8. Perform of survey and geological mapping to ensure for better implementation of mapping, from subalterns (field geologists), and subcontractor companies in exploration period.
9. getting samples, performing of exploratory and prospectory routes, consolidation of locations for shallow and deep excavations with considering needs, and specified scales.
10. continuous review of implemental and exploratory programs which implements by subcontractor companies or field geologists.
11. Guidance in the field of professional affairs (survey, mapping, implementation of geological routes, simplification, consolidation of location of excavations at field, excavations and other items related to exploration) from subaltern geologists. 
12. Perform calculations to one of the national and international standard methods in order to consolidation of the storage of cement raw materials in terms of quantity and quality.
13. Compiling of geological maps and geological reports.
14. Presenting the report of exploration activities, weekly, monthly and when needed, to director and technical management department of the company.
15. Performing other professional tasks related to the exploration stage.

Skills and experiences:

• Sufficient experience in the field of mapping in different scales

• Sufficient experience in obtaining and arranging different samples.

• Sufficient experience in preparation of different maps and geological reports.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental compliance requirements in the mining process

• Excellent skills in problem solving and decision-making for problem solving

• familiarity with team work, and creation of team work.

• Ability to lead and motivate for work among personnel in order to good competition.

• Mastery of computer software systems and programs related to exploration stages

• Scientific awareness and experience in formulating strategies, operational programs, educational training in exploration process.
