Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO), an Afghan Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), has been operating in Afghanistan since December 2008.  ADWSO’s priority sector areas are Child Protection, Capacity Building, Rule of Law, and Women Empowerment.

• Assist in the development and implementation of SBC strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Establish School Management Committees (SMCs) and School Management Structures (SMSs)
• Identify, register, and survey beneficiaries the execution of community-level project activities.
• Collaborate with other project staff to enhance community-level capacity through training and workshops. 
• Manage the production and dissemination of SBC materials, including posters, leaflets, and videos.
• Support the monitoring and evaluation of SBC activities, including data collection and analysis.
• Provide administrative support to the SBC team, including organizing meetings and maintaining documentation.
• Assist in the development of training materials and capacity-building activities related to SBC.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social and behavior change communication.
• Fulfill any other field-related duties as requested by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, public health, or a related field.
• Previous experience in social and behavior change communication or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
