Western ICT Services Company  began its business operation as a hardware and network solutions providing company in January 2016, and the company has developed the team for running ISP business during the year of 2017 and collaborated with leading ISP and GSM companies in Afghanistan. The company invested in ISP section and in a short period of time it has built it’s infrastructure to operate as an independent ISP company and acquired it’s ISP license from Ministry of Communication and information  technology – ATRA (Afghanistan Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in May 2022. Western is focusing exclusively in high quality and cost-effective software development and  hardware or network implementation of services and Internet Services across Afghanistan. We are  advancing on a tremendous pace and with involvement of skilled and experienced people working in the organization. Western is aimed to provide solutions and ISP services for all sectors and sections in Afghanistan.

Designing and planning FTTH networks, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with project teams for successful implementation.

Designing and planning the FTTH network infrastructure, including fiber routing, equipment placement, and connectivity solutions.

• Designing and planning the FTTH network infrastructure, including fiber routing, equipment placement, and connectivity solutions.
• Conducting surveys and site assessments to determine the feasibility and requirements for deploying FTTH networks in various locations
• Estimating project CAPEX and OPEX budget.
• Managing and guiding team to install and configure FTTH network all active and passive equipment.
• Design and planning of FTTH ODN for brownfield, overbuild and greenfield environments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as field survey, construction, and procurement, to ensure successful implementation of the FTTH network
• Creating and reviewing technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for FTTH network design, including detailed network layouts and construction plans.
• Providing technical support and guidance to field technicians and other team members during the installation and testing of the FTTH network.
• Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to source the necessary equipment and materials for the FTTH network deployment.
• Providing technical guidance to FTTH teams.
• Leading & Managing FTTH planning and design team.
• Coordinate FTTH projects schedules.
