The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

Job Descriptions:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing and the stock and prepare monthly stock report
  • Managing and controlling all Fixed Assets, Inventory and data bases in the office
  • Coordinating the transportation of commodities and items Handover of assets to NAC staff, obtain the receipt and update the Fixed Asset Inventory data base
  • Check and update the consumable asset inventory on regular basis of skill labs
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Coordination and collaboration with program staff and provide facilities
  • Organize and maintain computerized records
  • Controlling the loading and unloading of materials
  • Prepare and translate contracts, letters, and other official documents
  • Make duties schedule for staff house and office guards
  • Supervise the kitchen and cook on daily base and ensure about health and hygiene standards
  • Check and maintain administration records and filling system regularly
  • Helping the drivers to ensure the good maintenance of all vehicles
  • Perform weekly checking of vehicles status, mechanical reliability and safety features
  • Supervise and check store record and items issued and received
  • Keep update a computerize store data in-out of the items and Fix Assets
  • Prepare and update the inventory list of all related departments.
  • Supporting the procurement and logistic department
  • Any other official task assigned by supervisor
