Job Descriptions:

Job Description

  1. Assist TFL Head to achieve section’s Business Targets based on Business Goals and Business Plans of the bank.
  2. Educate the customer by providing sufficient information regarding all Non-funded facility Products.
  3. Responsible for issuance/cancellation and process of LGs, LCs, Bill collection’s according to GB credit policy and monitoring their related entry in the bank system.
  4. Administration of all funded and non-funded facilities such as Disbursements, Reimbursement & Adjustment etc. in the bank system.
  5. Constantly monitor, guide and plan the activities of his/her key subordinates and take corrective actions where necessary in an efficient and timely manner.
  6. Prepare section’s Guidelines, Procedures and Manuals and ensure to be followed by the concerned staff.
  7. Ensure that the PCR/CR of credit client to be recorded properly and accurately on Monthly basis in DAB reporting system.
  8. Ensure the daily, weekly, quarterly, and and all other related reports prepared by TFL staff which sent to the other sections/departments.
  9. Preparing of Credit department’s MIS report, BOM & BOS on monthly basis, preparing and sending other required reports to the Credit’s sections, Finance Department, Risk Department etc.
  10. Ensure registration of all movable/immovable collateral/property of credit client’s in DAB (collateral registry system).
  11. Assessment of Non-funded Clients (Financial & non-financial) as per facility Limit and need.
  12. The bank’s credit department should remain always compliant with the Regulations related to AML and KYC. 
  13. Shall be responsible for accomplishing of all assignment/task of Trade Finance and Loan Admin Head in case of his/her absent/leave.
  14. Reply/preparing email, letter, other enquiry to governmental/private institutions under confirmation of TFL Head/DY-CCO/CCO, ensure keeping the update record in soft and hard form.
  15. Ensure keeping and updating the credit file records in the related file, and maintenance of documents entry/exit record in the admin register book.
  16. Shall be responsible for any other task being assigned by Head of Department

Job Requirements:

             Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Economic, Finance and Business Administration.

Any relevant professional certifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in TFL areas from any financial institutions.
