Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a training program for carpet weaving skills.
2. Provide hands-on training to participants on carpet weaving techniques.
3. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees.
4. Provide guidance and support to trainees to enhance their skills in carpet weaving.
5. Ensure the proper maintenance and use of tools and equipment for carpet weaving.
6. Develop training materials and resources to support the training program.
7. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the success of the training program.
8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training program and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Prepare and submit regular reports on the training activities and outcomes.
10. Perform any other duties related to carpet weaving training as assigned by the supervising authority.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for a career as a carpet weaving trainer. positions may prefer candidates with a certification or diploma in carpet weaving, textiles, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience working as a carpet weaver or in a related field of textiles is essential for a carpet weaving trainer. Candidates should have hands-on experience with carpet weaving techniques, materials, and equipment.
