Job Descriptions:

As Technical Digital Banking Officer you are responsible to:

 

  1. Responsible for checking, controlling, and repairing Bank’s ATMs.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving of problems and malfunction of ATMs effectively by analyzing the situation and identifying potential solutions and ensuring a high-level customer satisfaction.
  3. Oversees technical testing and implementation of ATMs.
  4. Responsible for ATM installation and deployment.
  5. Take care of proper coordination with other related departments of the bank regarding installation and technical maintenance of ATMs.
  6. Service and Cleaning of ATM devices when and as needed to mitigate possible damages.
  7. Visit Branches for technical support any time needed based on advice of line manager.
  8. Issuing Master Debit/Credit Card for customers.
  9. Internet Banking user creation/ modification/ amendment and blocking.
  10. Maintenance and updating MIS for all types of Cards, Internet Banking including new applications and all other modification/ maintenance, Refund Transactions OBDX Domestic & International Transactions.
  11. Initiating Entries in CMS (Card Management System) for Creation, Activation, Blocking and Modification of MC Debit & Credit Cards.
  12. Cards Delivery to Admin and Head Office. 
  13. Attend and reply customer queries related to D-Banking Products & services.
  14. Coordinate cash replenishment for ATMs as with branches and CSC when required.
  15. Maintain card, audit journals stock and replenish the stock as and when required.
  16. To monitor ATM and interface servers.
  17. Coordinating ATM maintenance with PLL and keep track of maintenances.
  18. Initiating advances and expenses in HR Admin software.
  19. Other duties as assigned by ADC Manager.
  20. Provide training for branches regarding to ATM operation whenever required.
  21. Accessing daily and monthly reports from
  22. Sending daily watch files to finance department for reconciliation purpose
  23. Receiving of Internet Banking requests from branches.
  24. Creation of Internet Banking USER ID for both Islamic and Conventional Banking.
  25. PIN generation for User ID.
  26. Resetting PIN whenever required.
  27. Sending both User ID and PIN to relevant customers.
  28. Keeping and maintaining the filing of Internet banking.
  29. Activation of E-statement option for customers both Islamic and Conventional banking.
  30. Receiving of E-Transfer request forms from branches.
  31. Entering of customer information into system.
  32. Creation of User ID, Transaction ID for customers.
  33. PIN Generation of User ID and Transaction ID.
  34. Resetting PIN whenever required.
  35. Printing PIN Mailer for customers.
  36. Maintaining the filing of E-transfer’s record.
  37. Performing any other E-transfer related task.
  38. Attending customers call related to internet banking, E-statement or E-transfer.
  39. Performing the E-services correspondence
  40. Providing training to branch staff whenever required.
  41. Providing reports to line manager.
  42. Monitoring of all E-services server related E banking.

To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by Head of Department

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer science.
• At least 2-3 years of related experience in ADC, IT Departments, and ATM technical experience is required.
