Ghazanfar Bank, a full-fledged licensed commercial Bank, commenced its operations in March 2009. The Share Holders of the Bank belongs to one of the leading business groups of Afghanistan. As a leading business house Ghazanfar Group is involved in various key businesses sectors as a front runner such as import and distribution of Petroleum/Gas and other various important industrial sectors. Ghazanfar Bank started its operation in Kabul, Afghanistan, and is offering key financial services both under conventional and Islamic Banking. The Bank has since opened up its Branches at various key locations such as Mazar Sharif, Hairatan, Kunduz, Takhar, Pule- Khumri, Jalalabad, Herat & Kandahar besides opening another eight branches at Kabul in Sarai Shahzada, Shar-e-Naw, Karte Naw, Kote Sangi, Lase Maryam, Karte Char and Wazir Akbar Khan. In due course of time, the Bank intends to expand its Branch Network in Kabul as well as at other key locations of the Country.

As Senior Digital Banking Officer you are responsible to:

1. Assist the Digital Banking Manager in overseeing digital banking projects, including providing technical expertise and coordinating project activities.
2. Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Ghazanfar Bank's digital banking products and services.
3. Proactively work with the concerned departments, and vendors to identify and resolve complex technical issues related to digital banking systems, including but not limited to OBDX, ATMs, POS, integrations, digital wallets, and e-cards.
4. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including issue escalation and contract negotiations.
5. Lead technical projects related to digital banking initiatives, including planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of digital banking products & services, processes, procedures, and projects. Provide training and support to the digital banking team members and internal stakeholders as needed.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall performance and effectiveness of Ghazanfar Bank's digital banking operations.
8. Manage and oversee retail and corporate user creation, modifications, and other services within the OBDX system.
9. Utilize knowledge of digital wallet solutions and mobile money platforms to support the development and enhancement of Ghazanfar Bank's digital banking services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
10. To attend to any other matter that may not have been mentioned in this document but advised by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science is a must and a Master’s degree will be preferred.
