Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support the Carpet weaving & Tailor Trainers in developing and delivering training programs for carpet weaving and tailoring skills.
2. Assist in providing hands-on training to participants on carpet weaving and tailoring techniques.
3. Demonstrate and guide trainees in practical exercises related to carpet weaving and tailoring.
4. Help in organizing and conducting assessments to evaluate the progress of trainees.
5. Assist in maintaining and organizing training materials, tools, and equipment for carpet weaving and tailoring.
6. Provide support to trainees in improving their skills and techniques in carpet weaving and tailoring.
7. Collaborate with the Carpet weaving & Tailor Trainers in developing training resources and materials for the program.
8. Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training program and providing feedback for improvement.
9. Support in the preparation and submission of reports on training activities and outcomes.
10. Perform any other duties related to assisting in carpet weaving and tailoring training as assigned by the Carpet weaving & Tailor Trainers or supervising authority.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for a position as an assistant in carpet weaving and tailoring. employers may prefer candidates with additional training or certification in textiles, sewing, or related fields.
Experience: Previous experience working in a textile or carpet weaving environment is beneficial for an assistant in carpet weaving and tailoring. Candidates with hands-on experience in sewing, weaving, or related tasks will be better equipped for the role.
