Job Descriptions:

Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Make sure that the whole customers receive their responses on time and quickly (Emails, Website, and office whatsApp).
  • Keeping up communications with current and potential customers/Vendors.
  • Assist in reporting on the status of the sales every month and helping out to improve the numbers for the company’s sustainability also involves Vendors' payment to Finance each month.
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing, Do Good Buy Good, and growth teams to maintain loyal customers.
  • Processing and following up the orders within Afghanistan and outside (USA, AUS, TUR, and Europe countries).
  • Assist in shipment outside of Afghanistan with the fulfillment of orders and should have a proper schedule for shipments each month.
  • Assist in reporting the lifetime sales revenue the sales report should be updated till the due date.
  • Maintaining strong communications and following up with the vendors on orders.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
  • Keep up to date with product information.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
  • Weekly Check of the website and update the product stock.
  • Involved with the Product Team on Vendor onboarding.
  • Involved with Marketing Team on which products are sold the most and which products to boost on social media.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Have earned a bachelor’s undergraduate degree from an accredited university, in a related field, such as customers support, sales, marketing economics, and BBA.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer support and coordination.
  • Should have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.) in English and your native languages.
  • Knowledge of Gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data.
  • Knowledge of Promotions of products/services for increasing.
  • Able to use MS office packages (MS.word.Ms excel, MS powerpoint,  etc.).
  •  Familiarity with point-of-sale processes.
  • Familiar with the concept of product-market fit
