Position Overview:

A Static Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging static designs for various mediums such as print, digital platforms, and social media. The Static Graphic Designer shall work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and produce high-quality static visuals that effectively communicate the desired message.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation: Develop static designs, including but not limited to posters, brochures, banners, infographics, social media images, and other promotional materials, ensuring they align with the client's brand identity and objectives.
2. Conceptualization: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their design requirements, target audience, and communication goals in order to conceptualize and create visually impactful designs.
3. Visual Elements: Select appropriate color palettes, typography, imagery, and other visual elements to create visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing designs that effectively convey the desired message.
4. Layout and Composition: Utilize design principles such as balance, hierarchy, and proportion to create well-structured and visually balanced layouts that enhance the overall impact of the design.
5. Branding Consistency: Ensure that all static designs adhere to the client's brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms, while also incorporating innovative and creative elements.
6. Technical Skills: Proficiently use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools to create and edit static designs, ensuring the final output meets the required specifications.
7. Time Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adhere to deadlines, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, copywriting, and web development, to ensure the visual designs align with the overall messaging and objectives of the project.
9. Industry Awareness: Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a static designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of static design work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools, proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative design concepts.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
