Job Descriptions:

PARSA’s Program Administration Coordinator is a full-time position that is expected to have professional growth opportunity within the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to; assisting the Program Administrator in all administrative tasks, accurate data entry, filing project information in accordance with standards, set priorities and complete tasks, assignments and daily work in a timely manner.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each job duty satisfactorily. Essential job duties include the following:

  • Assisting the program administrator with the day-to-day operations
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Maintaining an accurate and up to date filing system for program and office documents
  • Writing the minutes of various meetings convened by the program director and distribute it to the participants
  • Assisting in the preparation and update of list of materials, assets and equipment for project operations
  • Drafting all outgoing letters, and responding to all incoming inquires, letters and other correspondences
  • Assisting with organizing events requested by program directors
  • Working on online Database with program administrator
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Job Requirements:

An individual must have the following experience and skills to apply for this position: Only individuals meet and/or exceed these qualifications will be considered for testing and/or interviews.

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant fields
  • Minimum three years of increasingly responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • A Minimum 3 years of Data entry experience and knowledge is required. (Access and Excel)
  • Computer skills including keyboard in English and Dari
  • Demonstrated experience and skills, minimum 2 years in each of the following:
  • Set up, updating and maintenance of physical and electronic filing systems
  • Scanning documents and file electronically
  • Operate and maintain modern/new Multi-Function Printers (double sided, collated, color and B/W printing)
  • Copy, collate, scan, print, laminate and bind presentations and manuals
  • Create and print badges and certificates and work with outside printers of banners, business cards, calendars, diaries, bags, mugs and other items/materials.
  • Utilize Google Drive
  • Utilize Microsoft office package and MS Teams
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Speak, Read and Write in English and Dari
  • Ability to transpose English to Dari and Dari to English for Data Entry (shortlisted candidates will be tested for accuracy)
  • Ability to manage coordination, set up, send out invitations and facilitate meetings including projector/presentation setup.
