Task to be Performed

• Maintaining of CBHC database and provide necessary reports regarding CBHC program
• Provide map of CBHC program at national, provincial, district, HF and community level.
• Identify areas with low distribution of HPs at national, provincial, district, HF and community level.
• Identify areas with high distribution of HPs at national, provincial, district, HF and community level.
• Identify areas where is no need for current HPs at national, provincial, district, HF and community level.
• Provide recommendations regarding remapping or rationalization of HPs at different levels
• Provide information regarding non active HPs at all levels
• Provide GIS/GPS information for HPs locations
• In collaboration with HMIS/DHIS2 department, create a data base of CHWs in DHIS2,
• Also in collaboration with HMIS/DHIS2 department, support the creation of CHWs training and supplies data base with completed training, type of training, length of training and types of supplies received as well as status of supplies
• Provide geographic presentation HPs with medical supply
• Provide information regarding distance of HPs from nearest HFs
• Provide updated list of all active and non-active HPs at national and provincial levels
• Conduct Capacity building and trainings for central and provincial CBHC staff regarding the mapping exercise and data use.
• Participate in CBHC taskforce meetings.
• Support the institutionalization of CBHC related data using for decision making at national and provincial level
• Coordinate HPs mapping activities with related stakeholders at central and provincial levels.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly action plan
• Provide monthly reports to CBHC Department
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field
• Three years’ work experience with data management, data analysis, Management Information System (MIS), Geographic Information System (GIS).
• Advanced knowledge of QGIS, GIS (Arc View program).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
• At least three years’ Experience in developing database in Access program.
• Fluency in Dari or Pashto.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous work experience working with MoPH or National/International NGOs will be an advantage
