Summary of Job:

We are seeking a talented Motion and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and graphic designs for various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, motion graphics techniques, and proficiency in industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and create captivating motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns, social media content, website assets, and other digital platforms.
2. Collaborate closely with the creative team and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
3. Develop innovative design concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments that effectively communicate ideas and messages.
4. Create compelling visual assets, including logos, icons, illustrations, and typography, adhering to brand identity guidelines.
5. Utilize motion graphics techniques, such as kinetic typography, visual effects, and 3D animation, to enhance storytelling and engagement.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of creative work.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of visual assets across various platforms.
9. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and project planning.
10. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Motion and Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics, animations, and graphic designs.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Solid knowledge of motion graphics techniques, including animation, visual effects, and compositing.
6. Familiarity with 3D software’s (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
9. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to creative challenges.
