We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).

- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in the agriculture or feedmill industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial performance of the feedmill operations.

- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial plans.

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.

- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning.

- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management, including recommendations for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and risk management.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with audit requirements and financial reporting standards.
