We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the agricultural or animal nutrition industry.
- Strong understanding of poultry nutrition, production practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, set priorities, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and introduce new products to meet customer needs.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
