Job Descriptions:

  • Teaching students to understand English, speak it and are able to write and read.
  • Teaching computer to students, lessons plans in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Developing English lesson plans in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Planning of classes and the marking of work handed in
  • Be responsible for the safety of students during your lessons
  • Advising student on career issues.
  • Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students.
  • Evaluating the students' class work and assignments.
  • Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate student attendance records and grades.
  • Classroom and computer lab management.
  • Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
  • Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere.
  • Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly to students, other teachers, parents and administration officials.
  • Instruction Skills: Should have to explain new ideas and unfamiliar concepts with authority and in a clear and concise way so that students can understand. You must work to keep the students' attention.
  • Writing Skills: Teachers write progress reports, notes home, and in the case of post-secondary teachers, publish research. Writing skills are critical.
  • Patience: The students you work with will have different backgrounds and abilities. Patience will help teachers deal with students who act out or have trouble following the material.
  • Creativity: Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons. Additionally, teachers may have to work with different learning styles toget the most out of each student.
  • People Skills: Engaging parents and creating healthy relationships with students and faculty will help create a quality-learning environment.

Language requirements, if any:

  • Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduated from English literature/computer science
  • Able to speak in English, Pasto and Dari.
  • Able to work in the fast pace environment.

Work Experience:

  • Having 1 years’ experience in teaching / management.

Skills:

  • . Communication skill is and knowledge of local communities.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  Having good team work
