Afghanistan Relief Initiative Organization (ARIO) is non-governmental and non-profit organization registered with Ministry of Economic in 2023 under “5828”. ARIO is working to support small enterprises, poverty alleviation, child protection, education and human rights and also committed to pursue sustainable development goals.
Under the supervision of the Director, the health personnel will be responsible for:
1. Attending any training offered by the organization to improve current skills;
2. Ensuring effective, timely and quality home visits and care are provided to patients throughout the project;
3. Ensuring all the technology and tools are properly used, stored, managed and maintained at all times;
4. Ensuring the correct monitoring of the project and proper data collection through the technology in use;
5. Maintaining meticulous records of all interactions, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality;
6. Promptly escalating complex or urgent matters to the relevant project personnel;
7. Actively engaging with the project team to continuously enhance the quality of the services provided.
The female health personnel must meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:
1. A Bachelor's degree in nursing, public health or similar, a master degree in the same field would be an asset.
2. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience as a nurse, 5 years of relevant work experience as a Community Health Worker. In both cases, it is required that the applicant has proven, direct experience serving patients and communities;
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
4 Reliability and honesty, with attention to details;
4. Proficiency in both Dari and Pashto preferred, good knowledge of English.
