Job Summary:

Ramaki is seeking a qualified Provincial Sales Manager for its Provincial office in Mazar. A job summary for a Provincial Sales Manager typically includes responsibilities such as managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, building and maintaining client relationships, analysing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals within a specific province or region. The Provincial Sales Manager is also responsible for overseeing the sales process, training and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with other departments to drive revenue growth. The Provincial Sales Manager's primary duties include the following

Job Desripition 

  1.  Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  4. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Analysing sales data and performance metrics to track progress and make informed decisions.
  6. Training and coaching sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  7. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.
  8. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.
  9. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  10. Reporting to senior management on sales results, forecasts, and market insights.

 

Job Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. At least four years of experience in the relevant field and two years in the relevant business industries.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  3. Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  4. Be able to communicate and motivate.
  5. Understands the principles of product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.
  6. Experience in managing sales units is useful.
  7. Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance, gross margin percentages, and calculations.
  8. Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.
