Mediothek Afghanistan was founded in Germany in the year 1993 with the aim of strengthening education in Afghanistan and keeping the Afghan cultural and intellectual heritage alive. Capacity building of youths to support a developed, sustainable, and peaceful future for Afghanistan and the region through education, community building, and media development. Delivery of humanitarian assistance for people, especially women, most in need, implementing the humanitarian-development.

Mediothek Afghanistan is looking for 6 Economic Literacy Master Trainers in Kabul, Balkh, and Kunduz provinces to deliver the training according to the already designed training Modules. Each trainer will contribute to the overall quality of the project by continuously making sure to monitor the progress of the project's outcomes based on and the quality and relevance of the Modules.

 

Duties & responsibilities

1. Contribute to developing the training work plan
2. Prepare lesson plans and other training materials
3. Identify and respond to technical challenges in their area of expertise
4. Maintain records and other relevant information from the training workshops;
5. Conduct the Economic Literacy course training sessions for project Trainees.
6. Develop and design the Economic Literacy course training curriculum/modules.
7. Encourage students to pursue Economic Literacy studies after their graduation or completion of projects to work with better positions.

• Bachelor in BBA or Economics with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in professional training.
• Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills;
• Fluent communication skills: English, Dari, and Pashto
• Computer skills: MS. Office Package, outlook
