Job summary:

The position incumbent is responsible for the overall Human resource functions includes, recruitment, compensation Benefits, Processes month staff Payroll, Disciplinary matter, and reporting of the Human resource key performance indicators (KPIs) and deputizes the Human resource Manager on daily basis and his absence.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

Recruitment and selection

  • Ensures clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints
  •  Guides the hiring managers through the recruitment process where needed.
  • Manages communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of status of each search
  • Works with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position.
  • Posts advertisements in a variety Famous website for attracting the best qualified candidates.
  • Downloads, pre-screens the online application and matches with the KSH job requirements etc.

Processing Payroll:

  • Ensures that the staff Payroll is updated in HeRMS monthly and submits to the finance department section for payments.
  • Makes sure that all required information that all the required information and changes on new, existing, and departing employees are provided on prior to submission to the finance departments.

Monitors for accuracy and timeliness of submission of relevant forms and documents if requires

Disciplinary action:

Handles grievance and actively participates in Disciplinary matter on behalf of HR team and takes free bias decision as per hotel disciplinary policy.

 

Reporting and performance management process:

  • Prepares and submits statistical and narrative reports to local senior management and Head office on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis; and,
  • Manages employee performance to ensure that organizational objective is achieved.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  1. Approximate of 5 years relevant experience.
  2. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Dari (Pashto is nice to have)
  3.  Excellent English language skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
  4. Able to work independently
  5. Computer literate (Proficient with MS Office)
  6. Familiarity with Hospitality institution would be a distinct advantage
