ASIO has implemented various projects and has never compromised with quality of its services, and possesses a record of implementing all its projects within the agreed time frame and has history of meeting all the agreed deadlines.  

Job Descriptions:

  • Planning and design of training modules.
  • Preparation of training materials. 
  • Conduct trainings regarding snacks & sweets. 
  • Implement and maintain training evaluation procedures.
  • The incumbent will train pasta processors on a variety of pasta processing products.
  • Develop hands-on skills of pasta processors on pasta processing (use of tools, materials and techniques, formulation, cooking/baking, packaging, labelling and marketing of food products).
  • Develop packaging and branding procedures and techniques for processed pasta.
  • Ensure quality of processed pasta products.
  • Manage wastes, identify its use in home-based farming with consultation of Agronomists and Animal Husbandry Officers and train the food processors on it.
  • Analyze cost-benefit of processed food products.
  • Must have strong communication skills in local language and sense identification, promotion of community indigenous innovations.
  • Any other relevant task given by Supervisor.

Committed to fraud prevention, detection, reporting and fraud risk reduction as per ASIO policies and procedures, donor regulations and local laws.

 

Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA):

  • Actively promote PSEA standards within Afghanistan Social Improvement Organization “ASIO” and amongst beneficiaries served by within Afghanistan Social Improvement Organization “ASIO”.

 

Compliance & Ethics:

  • Promotes and encourages a culture of compliance and ethics throughout and within Afghanistan Social Improvement Organization “ASIO”. As applicable to the position, maintains a clear understanding of within Afghanistan Social Improvement Organization “ASIO” and donor compliance and ethics standards and adheres to those standards.  Conducts tasks with the highest level of integrity.

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma / Degree in food production or pasta Production or any other relevant field. 

Preference would be given to food processing business owners who has practical experience in this field. 
Experience: 2-3 years experience in pasta practical production, teaching training background. 
Other qualifications’ an advantage: Good training skills of processed food products and good training skills.
Good Interpersonal Skills, Good Organizational Skills
Languages: Dari/ Pashto and English language would be an advantage. 
Good training opportunities to enhance employees’ skills.
