KHANA-E-NOOR Institute of Higher Education is an institution established in 2010 and registered with the ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan. The establishment of KIHE is coinciding with the intense need of contribution to the rehabilitation and rebuilding process of Afghanistan in the higher and professional education sector.
KIHE as an institution to provide higher education has set goals that are future-oriented, professional, and skill-based meeting the needs of today and the future in the contemporary education disciplines of business administration, computer science, mass communication, economics, Engineering, Law & Political Science and English language in degree, diploma and certificate programs. In addition, KIHE provides training and development sessions on various subjects based on the market demands.

1. Preparing daily lesson plan as per the academic curriculum of KIHE.
2. To conduct Computer Science classes through best teaching method for Computer Science students as per the academic curriculum, policy and procedures of Ministry of Higher Education and the department at KIHE main campus.
3. Preparing and conducting Assignments, Quizzes and tests for BCS classes as well as providing necessary support to the management in above areas on regular intervals.
4. Maintaining class management & Discipline.  
5. Reporting class progress to the Head of  Computer Science  & KIHE Management
6. Attending management meetings for teachers.
7. Working as per the KIHE rule & regulation and following all the policy & procedures with strong consideration to its privacies & norms

1. Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science with Specialization in Program Development, Networking and Database (attested from the Ministry of Higher Education) from a recognized university/ Institute.
2. Experience: 2- 4 years’ experience in training and teaching in Computer Science Subjects.
3. Language Skills - Fluent oral, written, and comprehensive skills in English and  Dari & Pashto.
4. Computer Skills, knowledge of using Office Automation(MS Word, and MS PowerPoint Presentation) 
5. Personal qualification: Must be hard worker and honest having strong teaching skill & knowledge
