We are currently seeking a REMOTE a Construction Quality Control Managers to work on federal construction projects. Specifically, those with federal government prime contracting or design experience on various project types to include new building construction, design-build, building renovations, etc. The Quality Control Manager (QCM) is responsible to help another QCM to develop (QC Plan, APP, EPP and other plans and documentation. Also, he/she will be responsible to review submittals, RFI, and RFP.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development the Quality Control Management Plan, Environment Plan, Waste Management Plan and Other quality memos and plans as required.
• development the Accident Prevention Plan, Security Plan, AHA (S) and other safety and safety/security plans as required.
• Develop and review RFI (s) and RFP (s).
• Reviews project specifications for project quality requirements and ensures all documents comply with contract requirements.
• Develop/Reviews shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specifications by direct review and by leveraging the knowledge and experience of others in the project team when necessary.
• Develop weekly QC meeting’s agenda if needed.
• Develop preparatory, initial and follow-up meeting’s agenda if needed.
• Coordinates and developing documents for the testing and commissioning of building systems.
• Maintains the project "as-built" drawings on a daily basis.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, or related field from an accredited university preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with USACE or Prime Contractor as QC.
•  OSHA 30USACE Construction Quality Control Management certifications
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Procore
• Familiar with EM-385-1-1
