The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies.                         
 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Implement organization policies, procedures and its follow up by project staff (Human Resource, Finance and Logistic) and act accordingly.
  2. Overall leading, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, follow-up coordination and reporting of the Nutrition project (CBNP, C-WIFS and NMP) (plan, organize, lead, budget and supervise)
  3. Responsible for overall implementation of project activities and deliverables achievements
  4. Follow the regular standards of nutrition with considering academic standards (goals and objectives).
  5. Plan and conduct regular campaigns of WIFS and MNP at the health post and health facilities level based on the project work plan
  6. Support/boost the implementation of CBNP program through coordination of BPHS implementer, PHD and PNO
  7. Coordinate technical related tasks and activities with BPHS implementer, PHD and MOVE main office nutrition manager.
  8. Overview of project’s activities in the HPs, HFs and Communities in line with the project objectives and goal
  9. Responsible to frequent travel to project field sites.
  10. To represent the Organization in all related activities at the provincial level.
  11. Tracking of the project output indicators against the set target on monthly bases and report the progress to HQ
  12. Provide on time reporting of WIFS and MNP campaign and CBNP monthly and quarterly reports to HQ (collect the monthly report of CHWs and send them to HQ)
  13. Verification of the reports along with its data at the community sites 
  14. Prompt Respond to the challenges raised in the CBNP project sites
  15. Do whatever related job is delegated by MOVE HQ and provincial team.

  • Negotiate skills in multicultural and multilingual environment
