Lazuli Pamir Consulting Services Company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Trainer of TVET for Conducting Training to Trainers, reviewing and developing of TVET curriculums in consultation with local TVET providers.

• Master's degree in related filed is required.
• At least 7 years of experience in curriculum development and training in the context of TVET.
• Proven experience in designing market-oriented TVET curriculum and conducting Training of Trainers programs.
• In-depth knowledge of TVET principles, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with the Afghan TVET landscape and government vocational qualification frameworks.
• A strong understanding of gender-sensitive training approaches and the ability to promote gender equality in TVET programs.
• Proficiency in selecting qualified TVET instructors based on predefined criteria.
•  Ability to conduct pre- and post-assessments to measure training outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively convey complex educational concepts to diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local authorities.
• Flexibility to adapt training programs and curriculum materials based on feedback and changing needs.
• Strong monitoring and evaluation skills to ensure the quality and impact of training programs.
• Willingness to travel to various provinces in Afghanistan for curriculum development and training activities.
