About Afghanistan Beverage Industries (Cristal Water):
Afghanistan Beverage Industries is established on 2004 started with Cristal Mineral Water Production and now it is successfully achieved PepsiCo License in Afghanistan to Produce Sting Energy Drink (Gold Rush, Berry Blast) Pepsi Cola, Mirinda, 7Up and Mountain Dew non Alcoholic Beverages.

• Manage and provide subordinates and team members with the necessary support to conduct maintenance tasks and activities towards the achievement of objectives and plans.
• Make and Develop the maintenance Plans and monitor its achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied.
• Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures towards the achievement of maintenance objectives efficiently.
• Develop and monitor the maintenance budget and promptly identify deviations and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these.
• Mechanical Engineer/Mechatronic Engineer/Electrical Engineer.
• lead a team of qualified Technicians (Mechanical & Electricals).
• Ensuring the facility is a safe working environment.
• Create programs to encourage worker safety.
• Developing maintenance schedules for the facility.
• Managing the personnel who will deliver maintenance services.
• Ensuring the maintenance team has the skills required to maintain the facility.
• Manage cross functional loss reduction teams.
• Develop autonomous maintenance teams.
• Ensure the facility complies with the relevant legislative and OH&S standards
• Provide direct assistance to colleagues with the goal of improving production
• Foster a work culture that values constant improvement and productivity
• Manage the financial aspects of maintenance

• Bachelor Degree will be Preferred. 
• Minimum of 8+ years relevant experience in supervisory position in a FMCG/food manufacturing company with profound subject knowledge to lead a team of qualified Technicians (Mechanical & Electricals)
• Able to Operate Computer and Programs (MS word, Excel, Outlook and Etc.)
• Able to read, write and verbally communicate clearly and concisely in Pashto, Dari and English.
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment.

The Applicant must also Have:

• Good Practical Knowledge of Instrumentation and process control & Hands on Experience of Troubleshooting 
• Preferred Professional training (Krones, KHS, Seamer (Ferrum), PLCs…)    
• Knowledge to Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
• Machine wise ordering with OEMs, negotiations & oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Rational Maintaining of spare parts Inventory for Operational, Preventive and Corrective maintenance.
• Must have Good Planning and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance schedules by Analyzing the issues from monitoring reports, finding and fixing faults and recalibrating instruments and installation of new equipment’s.
• Good knowledge of diesel Genset operations, maintenance & industry UPS
•  Maintaining Inventory of imported and local spare parts
• Ability to Plan / Prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time
• Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
• Ability to analyze maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Should Hands on experience with famous Beverage brands KRONES, KHS (Blow Mold, Mixer, Filler, Labeler, Shrink Machines, Palletizers & Stretch wrap machines) troubleshooting And installation of instrument equipment such as actuators, control valves, positioners, sensors and Their PLC’s (Siemens, Fatek, Omron) interfacing via AS-I, profinet, profibus and Ethernet network And repairing of electronics appliances.
• Should know the Installation, programming and troubleshooting of different VFD inverters including Danfoss.
