Job Descriptions:

Main Duties and responsibilities:

To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times
To maintain a high standard of room cleanliness to the standard required by the hotel
To ensure that the lobby Guest elevators, ashtrays, public areas, function rooms are cleaned according to the standard set by the hotel.
To clean and inspect all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the
To sweep and mop floors
To clean all public toilets.
To collect and dispose of rubbish from all public areas
To clean and vacuum staircases, carpets and railing (if applicable).
To remove stains from carpets and floors
To clean and store all cleaning equipment
To send lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
To ensure to answer guests in a proper manner about hotel's services and facilities
To perform spring cleaning and special assigned duties as requested

Job Requirements:

To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire,

hygiene, health and safety

To respond to any changes in the Housekeeping function as dictated by the Company, Hotel

and Industry
