ACRU is an Afghan non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable, and humanitarian voluntary organization established in 1991 to oversee and run projects, to assist the war-torn country, in the various sectors of circumstances such as Shelters Construction for Returnees, Institutional and Vocational Training Construction, Irrigation, Agriculture resources, and Educational Programs.

The main office is located in Kabul Afghanistan with five regional offices in Mazar -e- Sharif, Ghazni, Kapisa, Paktika (Moshi Khil), Paktia, Nangarhar, and one liaison office in Peshawar. ACRU has been carrying out its activities/ services in Kabul, Logar, Khost, Paktia, Paktika, Bamyan, Ghore, and Badakhshan provinces in the sector of Construction/Rehabilitation of Road, Bridge, Water supply (Pipe scheme, shallow well, drawing point) Shelter, Irrigation, Poultry, Food production, Capacity building, Emergency / Free Distribution, etc.ACRU is governed by a five-member board of directors.

Duty and Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the security and safety of people and property within an assigned area. Conducts patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and promptly responds to any security incidents or emergencies. Enforces rules and regulations, controls access, and conducts thorough searches when necessary. Maintains accurate records and reports any suspicious activities or violations. Provides excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries. Works collaboratively with team members to maintain a secure environment.

Requirements for Guard position may vary depending on the specific job and company, but some common requirements may include:

Physical Fitness: Guards need to be physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for long periods. They should be able to handle physical tasks such as restraining individuals if required.
